RoHS

RoHS requirements are defined by European Union Directive 2011/65/EU. The RoHS compliance status of iBright products is determined over time based on component supplier data. As RoHS regulations evolve, we integrate updates into our existing products as promptly as compliance information for components and materials becomes available. The table below indicates the current RoHS compliance status for the listed iBright products.

This document reflects our current manufacturing capability. Since RoHS requirements are subject to change and customers may specify unique RoHS criteria for individual orders, confirmation of RoHS compliance for specific shipments is provided exclusively via a Certificate of Conformance/Compliance issued at the time of shipment.

The following substances have not been intentionally added to any of the listed products, with actual status verified by third-party test reports.

REACH

Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) came into force on June 1, 2007. iBright acknowledges and supports the objective of REACH to protect human health and the environment. We comply with all applicable REACH requirements and will provide product chemical composition information upon request.

As a component manufacturer, iBright produces items that do not release substances under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use. Therefore, while we are obligated under REACH Article 33 to communicate information on Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), we are not required to perform registration or provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS), as this responsibility lies with manufacturers or importers of preparations within Europe.

iBright remains committed to tracking updates to REACH legislation and fulfilling our responsibilities as an environmentally conscious company. Customers seeking REACH status information for specific products are requested to provide the relevant part numbers for an accurate declaration.
